So you’ve decided to spend a year or semester abroad as a student in the UK - fantastic decision! This section contain some info about your time in the UK - I’m sure you have tonnes of questions that you need answering so this is a good place to start. But most of the information specific to the university or town you’re going to will be supplied by your host university so don’t worry if we haven’t quite answered all your queries.

This is just a starting point to make sure you are thinking about all the right things to prepare yourself for studying in the UK.

Preparing to come to study in the UK

Your application for studying in the UK will be sorted out by your home university and you should keep in touch with the host university that you’re coming to (that's the UK university), to find out about all the forms you need to fill in as well as details for choosing your modules, what to do and where to go once you arrive.
